On the occasion of the five year anniversary of NYCAMS (New York Center for Art & Media Studies), Wax Studios conceived of the idea of making a book that would simultaneously celebrate its nascent history, operate as a forum for reflection, and serve as a marketing tool for the young art program. Wax edited and designed this celebratory book — which features student and visiting artists’ work, short essays, and photo stories that contextualize the school in its urban setting.
